Main Responsibilities/Duties
- Work with project staff to develop activity plan, budget plan and projection and monitor implementation of the project activities.
- Build relationship with political parties and potential networks.
- Coordinate youth to volunteer within governmental institutions and political parties.
- Facilitate dialogues between political party leaders and youth.
- Work with networks to advocate for political candidates younger than 30 years old including organizing workshops and radio programs to disseminate the key survey findings and so on.
- Set up monitoring mechanisms on the result of dialogues between political party leaders and youth and mainstreaming candidates younger than 30 years old of political parties.
- Coordinate youth’ participation in media such as radio talk shows, writing to newspapers or in utilizing social media as a tool of engagement.
- Prepare budget for implementing an activity, clear expense with an attachment of a summary report of the activity and write a separate report of the activity.
- Work with project staff to write quarterly, six months and annual report of the project.
- Keep track and monitor closely the progress or change of social and political situation in Cambodia.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in business management or International Relationship or related field
- Experience in develop activity plan
- Significant experience in coordinating networks/ or mobilize youth for social change
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent Khmer and strong English skills (written and spoken)
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Data Base)
- Willingness to question own ideas and habits
- Motivating personality that is able to encourage and keep together a diverse group
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Understanding and agreeing to YRDPs organizational values
