Main Responsibilities/Duties

  • Work with project staff to develop activity plan, budget plan and projection and monitor implementation of the project activities.
  • Build relationship with political parties and potential networks.
  • Coordinate youth to volunteer within governmental institutions and political parties.
  • Facilitate dialogues between political party leaders and youth.
  • Work with networks to advocate for political candidates younger than 30 years old including organizing workshops and radio programs to disseminate the key  survey findings and so on.
  • Set up monitoring mechanisms on the result of dialogues between political party leaders and youth and mainstreaming candidates younger than 30 years old of political parties.
  • Coordinate youth’ participation in media such as radio talk shows, writing to newspapers or in utilizing social media as a tool of engagement.
  • Prepare budget for implementing an activity, clear expense with an attachment of a summary report of the activity and write a separate report of the activity.
  • Work with project staff to write quarterly, six months and annual report of the project.
  • Keep track and monitor closely the progress or change of social and political situation in Cambodia.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in business management or International Relationship or related field
  • Experience in develop activity plan
  • Significant experience in coordinating networks/ or mobilize youth for social change
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent Khmer and strong English skills (written and spoken)
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Data Base)
  • Willingness to question own ideas and habits
  • Motivating personality that is able to encourage and keep together a diverse group
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Understanding and agreeing to YRDPs organizational values
