Empowering Youth for an Equitable Society (EYES) aims to empower youth to increase their sense of ownership of country interests. EYES is foundation program of the organization that require youth to firstly engage at least one training course, Leadership and Personal Development (LPD) before they continue to participate in other activities.

To reach this objective, youth are equipped with personal and social competencies through enhancing capacity in personal and leadership development, critical and analytical thinking skills, democratic governance and active citizenship, mechanism for peaceful conflict transformation and resolution, and exposing the trained youth in leaning about the reality of impacted communities by all forms of development and governance.

Then youth gradually recognize importance of their role as agent for social change, monitor news of surrounding social environment and situation affecting their country development, contribute their own resource and are consciously involved in any forms of social action. This process makes youth generate their reflected and reflective actions towards increasing their sense of a country ownership.
