The Youth Learning Centre (YCL) is a place where youth can access information sources for reading and searching materials. They can borrow books and use computer with free access to Wifi to search a variety of news, information related to civic and political rights and other issues such as extractive industries, climate change, human rights, peace, good government, leadership, labor law, etc.

Besides providing a space for youth to read books and search the internet, YLC has provided space for NGOs, youth groups or other civil society organizations to use for their forums, workshops, trainings, etc.
