Mr. Kong Oudam, the student in majoring in Economy Development from Norton University, said "I was the one who did not like reading, writing and following up social news. Before I wasted a lot of time. But after I participated in training and volunteering with publication and communication unit, I have changed a lot, had better communication with different people, gave high value of time management by using work plan. I started being interested in following up social news by listening to radios, reading newspapers, and search Internet".

This voluntary work also trained him to know the importance of having a clear work plan both personal and professional. Now he has developed a clear one for his work and himself". He is satisfied with his voluntary work even if he spends just half day for YRDP and research more and more for his article writings. Furthermore, he felt that he has been aware of using different meaningful words in the articles.

Mr. Kong Oudam, Volunteer for Publication and Communication Unit (PCU) of YRDP, writing the articles for the organization's bio-monthly newsletter with his colleauges. Recently, he has been improving his article writing skills fast.
