Mr. Sok Bun Thach, a first year student from National Institute of Business, from Preah Vihear province said "I used to have extreme belief that God can help me pass my examination, but actually God can only help those who help themselves. Another story of such a case is that I used to hate Islamic people because I thought they can gradually kill people by committing black magic while in Christianity if we follow them we must forget all about our parents and ancestors. However, what I thought is totally different from what I have discovered during my visits to a mosque, a church and a Buddhist temple. When I met them face to face they shared with our group their practice and theory with warm welcome by allowing us time for questions. Recently, I pass this knowledge to my family so that they no longer confuse with my Muslim neighbors".

Hence, they started to build good relationship with each other by respecting individual values, especially trying to help each other's without any discrimination. Beside this, I also spread this message to my commune and village chiefs when I had meeting with community people relating to ethnic conflicts and I participated in the discussion by means of sharing my knowledge I gained from YRDP. I recognized fact that religion is the source of peace and conflicts but it can be cause of conflict while only those who individually wish to gain personal benefits from their religion or use region for personal interest without respecting other religious value can crate religious conflict and do harm to their religion and society. In accordance with Buddha theory, all human beings have to do good things, when you commit good deeds you receive the good and if you commit the evil things you will be sinful. I also try to explain them the importance and rules of other religions".

Mr. Sok Bunthach, during the Personal Development course at YRDP, was performing a model exercise when the trainer requested who volunteered to start the first of the exercise in order to reflect the quality of understanding, he dared volunteer ahead.

After one step of the examples finished, he started another one to work in groups and bravely conducted an important role play.

The fiftween-day training session was passed away brought him and his friends with trainers together to take a photo before they arranged to conduct real frield practice.

As the result, he has achieved his course certificate from YRDP to certify that he successfully accomplished his course in collaboration with theories and real field practice.
