In accepting Volunteer Service with YRDP or with other NGOs through YRDP, the volunteer(s) is committing to:

• Volunteer at least 3 months
• Follow the policy( YRDP if you are volunteer with YRDP, another institution you are working for)
• Fill in volunteer’s expectation form
• Meet with YEU at least once per month
• Fill in YEU’s monitoring and evaluation form
• Keep on informing YEU when there is something changes during your volunteer (got a job, change position, promoting a staff or quit a job...)
• Write Case Study for YEU if needed
• Make final report of volunteering work ( experience learned, difficulties and recommendations/suggestions)
• Attend Volunteer Student Annual Meeting (Optional)
